Before founding Capitano Investing Group, Marshall served a distinguished 24-year career in the U.S. Navy's Civil Engineer Corps, rising to the rank of Captain. His leadership skills and expertise in managing complex construction projects were honed while overseeing multi-billion-dollar global projects, including Iraq, Papua New Guinea, and Canada. This experience gave Marshall a deep understanding of project management, strategic planning, and risk assessment—skills that have proven invaluable in his real estate endeavors.
