Justin Batt is a dynamic entrepreneur, faith-forward leader, and passionate advocate for fatherhood. As a TEDx speaker, author, and LinkedIn Voice on Fatherhood, Justin has dedicated his life to empowering fathers and addressing the epidemic of fatherlessness. Through his non-profit, the Daddy Saturday Foundation, Justin has impacted fathers across the globe, helping them become more intentional and engaged in their children's lives. His ambitious goal is to reach 10 million fathers in 10 years, leveraging educational tools and events like the Fatherhood Festival and DADZone in collaboration with prominent organizations such as the NFL, NCAA Football, and NASCAR.

In addition to his role as a father of four, Justin is the Associate Publisher at Forefront Books, where he helps thought leaders, athletes, and entrepreneurs share their stories through authorship. He has collaborated with renowned personalities, overseeing publishing imprints like Maxwell Leadership Publishing with John Maxwell and Story Brand Books with Donald Miller.

Justin is also an accomplished Spartan OCR athlete and farmer. He owns and operates True South Farm, a Tennessee-based estate and venue focused on creating transformative experiences. His vision for True South Farm is rooted in faith, and it offers healing and renewal to its visitors.
